These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Global Securities News (GSN), operated by RICHPORT MEDIA INC. (“GSN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the globalsecuritiesnews.com website and all content, features, and services made available on it (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

Simply using the Site, browsing articles, subscribing to any newsletter, or otherwise accessing our content, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described below, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Permitted Use of Content

Articles, data, graphics, and other content published on GSN are made available for your personal, non-commercial use, except where these Terms expressly grant more, see Automated Access, Indexing, and AI Training below, which permits search indexing, AI retrieval, and AI training on terms that apply to commercial operators too. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may view, read, and share individual articles (for example, by linking to them or sharing on social media) for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Republish, reproduce, or redistribute GSN articles or substantial excerpts of them on another website, publication, newsletter, or platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Site on another site;
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from GSN content; or
• Use GSN content for any commercial purpose, including resale, without a separate written license from us.

Automated Access, Indexing, and AI Training

Our position on automated access is stated in machine-readable form in our robots.txt file, using the Content Signals standard, and these Terms are written to match it rather than contradict it. As declared there:

• Search indexing (search=yes): permitted. We want to be indexed and found.
• AI input (ai-input=yes): permitted. Our content may be retrieved and cited in AI-generated answers, provided the answer attributes GSN and links to the source article.
• AI training (ai-train=yes): permitted. We expressly grant permission to use content published on the Site to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence and machine learning models, and to that extent we waive the reservation of rights that would otherwise apply under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790.

Crawling and automated retrieval consistent with those signals are permitted. This grant covers ingestion, indexing, and training; it is not a licence to republish, and the restrictions above continue to apply to any output that reproduces GSN articles or substantial excerpts of them verbatim.

We ask that automated clients identify themselves with a genuine, non-spoofed User-Agent and crawl at a reasonable rate. Access that degrades the Site for readers, evades access controls, or disregards the signals in robots.txt is not permitted, and we enforce against it at the network edge independently of these Terms.

We may change these signals at any time by updating robots.txt. Any change is prospective only and does not retroactively withdraw permission for use already made while a grant was in force.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including articles, headlines, summaries, images, graphics, the GSN name and logo, page layout, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the property of RICHPORT MEDIA INC. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and company names that may appear in our reporting (for example, in coverage of a public company) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and news reporting purposes only; their appearance does not imply any endorsement of or affiliation with GSN.

Not Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

GSN publishes news and information about securities markets, companies, and regulation. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product. Our articles reflect reporting on publicly available information at the time of writing and may become outdated or superseded by later events.

The Site displays third-party advertising, sponsored content, and native content-recommendation widgets, and articles may contain affiliate or other third-party links, as described in our Advertising Disclosure, Affiliate Disclosure, and Paid Promotions Policy. These third-party links and advertisements are placed by parties other than GSN, and we do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party site you may access through them. You access any third-party link or advertisement entirely at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site before engaging with it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee regarding the completeness or reliability of any article, data point, or third-party content referenced on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RICHPORT MEDIA INC., its officers, employees, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, its content, or any third-party site linked from it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. User Conduct

Termination of Access

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to GSN, other readers, or third parties. We may also suspend or discontinue the Site, or any feature of it, at any time.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our content offerings, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date; we encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, where RICHPORT MEDIA INC. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any such dispute.
