What an affiliate link is

An affiliate link is a link to a third-party financial product, service, brokerage, trading platform, research tool, or similar offering that is tagged so the provider can track that a reader arrived via GSN. If a reader clicks an affiliate link and then signs up, opens an account, subscribes, or makes a purchase, GSN may earn a commission or referral fee from that provider.

There is no additional cost to the reader for using an affiliate link. The price, fees, or terms a reader receives from the third-party provider are the same whether they arrive through our link or find the provider independently.

Affiliate links do not influence our editorial coverage

Whether an article gets written, what it says, and how a company, product, or provider is described are editorial decisions made independently of any affiliate relationship. How affiliate links are marked

How we choose affiliate partners
