About Global Securities News

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Global Securities News (GSN) is a securities and markets news publication. We cover what companies and regulators actually file and say: equity and bond markets, initial public offerings and other new issues, regulation and enforcement, exchange and listing changes, and company earnings and disclosures.

What we cover

GSN is organized geographically. Coverage is grouped into seven regions, North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America and Oceania, and within those regions we run dedicated news pages for 27 countries. A reader who follows one market can go straight to it rather than filtering a global feed.

Within each market, our subject matter is the primary record: prospectuses and registration statements, exchange notices, regulatory filings and enforcement actions, central bank and supervisory statements, and company results and press releases. We do not republish wire copy, and we do not aggregate other outlets’ reporting and present it as our own.

Who publishes GSN

Global Securities News is published by RICHPORT MEDIA INC., which holds editorial responsibility for everything on this site. Editorial responsibility sits with that named legal person and is not delegated to the software that drafts the articles. Its publisher and editor-in-chief is Vincent J. Guarino III, who is listed on the masthead.

How articles are produced

We are direct about this, because a reader deserves to know what they are reading.

Articles on GSN are researched and drafted with AI-assisted tools from primary documents, then reviewed, edited and signed by the Chief Editor before publication. We do not employ staff journalists, and we do not claim to. Every article names its author and lists the documents it is built on under Sources.

What the drafting works from, and what happens to a draft afterwards, is the part that matters:

The full method is written up on How We Report, and the standards it is held to are in our Editorial Standards.

Corrections

We correct errors when we find them and when readers report them. Significant corrections, meaning changes to a material fact, figure, quotation or the substance of a piece, are stamped with a visible Updated date, and where the change matters to a reader’s understanding, a correction note is appended explaining what changed. We do not silently rewrite published reporting. To report an error, email the desk with a link to the article, the specific claim at issue, and any source you have.

Advertising and editorial separation

GSN’s editorial output is independent of its advertising and sponsorship business. Advertisers and sponsors have no say in what we cover, how we report it, or what our reporting concludes, and they do not review independent coverage of themselves or their competitors before it runs. Paid and sponsored material is produced under separate rules and is always visibly marked as sponsored content, as described in our Paid Promotions Policy and Advertising Disclosure.

Language

GSN articles are written and published in English. The surrounding site, meaning navigation, section labels, and interface text, is available in eight languages, and some headlines and summaries shown outside English are machine-translated. The canonical version of any article is the language it was written in. Where a translated line and the English article disagree, the English article governs.

Not investment advice

GSN publishes news and information. Nothing here is individualized investment, legal or tax advice, and no article is a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any security. Check any figure that matters to you against the filing we link, and consult a licensed professional before acting.
